Goats Cheese Tartlets with Carmelised Red Onion and Basil Pesto.

Mini Yorkshire Puddings with Fillet Beef and Horseradish Cream.

Crunchy Thai Chicken and Peanut Cakes with Cucumber Pickle.

Starter Suggestion:


Kilner Potted Salmon with Lime, Crème Fraiche and Horseradish and Chargrilled Lemon.

Main Course Suggestion:


Butter Roasted Rib Eye Steak with a Celeriac Mash and a Madeira Cream with Maple Glazed Roasted Vegetables.

Dessert Suggestion:


Hazlenut, Meringue and Raspberry Stack drizzled with a Raspberry Sauce.

Tea and Coffee, served with Homemade Shortbread.
